The rental management with pooled categories is geared towards condominium projects and multi-unit properties. We are grouping units of the same type into one category. For example, all one bedroom apartments to be in the one bedroom rental cluster. Every participant in the pool will bear the equal share of cost and gain an equal share of the profits. The cluster takes care of the whole rental process from first guest contact to payments, maintenance, and checkout.
